We are a Beeston-based Martial Arts academy, offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in the heart of Nottingham. Founded by Black Belt Carlos Gomes, our mission is give everyone the opportunity to develop the confidence, self-belief, and fitness available through high-quality BJJ instruction.

With Jiu-Jitsu classes nearly every day of the week, we cater for all ages, abilities and backgrounds, from teens to complete novices, all the way through to regular competitors.

Our ethos, like our name, is ROLL DEEP! Whether it be training, sparring, self-development or treatment of others- on and off the mats- we expect passion, dedication and respect to the deepest degree.
